'Enjoy a Real Sense of Occasion'
My aim is to provide you and all your guests with a stress free, fully coordinated day, with lots of ‘attention to detail and TLC in a fun atmosphere of ‘Style and Celebration’.
On the day you should expect me to:-
Provide the essential communication, atmosphere and presentation that your guests will enjoy and appreciate.
Co-ordinate, guide and support all aspects of the day, from photography to speechs.
Help you turn your special day into a ‘unique occasion’, a truly magical day for yourselves, your family and all of your friends’.
It is my custom to arrive at least one hour prior to the bride, check the facilities, seating plan, logistics etc. Consult with the caterers, photographers and entertainers throughout, announce, present and promote all the key events of the day, in a manner of cabaret and entertainment! Control the day’s timeplan and leave following the first dance after ensuring that the evening festivities are in full flight. (Approx 8.30 – 9pm)

"Dear Graham, Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for Saturday. The whole day went like clockwork thanks to you, and it took all the burden of worry off our shoulders, particularly Robin’s. You managed to chivvy people along without making it seem like you were, and you kept everything light hearted. A lot of guests remarked how light and relaxed the day was, and that was due in no small measure to you. Many said that a lot of MC that they have come across in the past have been very stuffy and formal, but that you managed to do everything but in a jovial way, even Linzi and Steve, who I think were dubious about the need for a Master of Ceremonies, agreed that you made the day a great success, and run to time, no mean feat with 100 people to organise! Thank you again,
